How to Book a Shift and Stay Online
Learn how to schedule your shifts and stay online to start receiving orders.
Step 1: Go to Schedule tab, Select your preferred shift to deliver
Go to the Schedule tab and select your preferred shift to deliver.
Note: Once booked, you can have only 3 cancellations for emergency purposes.
Step 2: Stay online
Stay online during your scheduled shift.
Warning: If you are not online during your booked shift for 50% of the time, your wallet will be deducted 10 pesos every 10 minutes.
Step 3: Accept or Reject Orders
When an order comes in, you can choose to Accept or Reject it.
- Accept if you're ready and have enough capital to pay the merchant for orders.
- Reject otherwise.
Important: Look closely at the "Pay to merchant" amount, as this is the exact amount you will need to pay the merchant upon pickup.
Step 4: Once accepted
- Confirm Arrival if you're at the merchant or vendor.
- Once you picked up the order, tap start delivery.
- When you're at the customer, complete the delivery if so.
Important: You must only collect (from customer) the exact amount shown in "Collect From Customer" on the app.
Step 5: Completed Order
Once you have successfully delivered the order to the customer, you will see the success screen.
