Rider Top-up Terms

Riders are required to maintain a minimum balance of ₱250 in their Pahapos wallet to accept incoming cash delivery orders. This acts as a security measure and facilitates smooth transactions.

Example: If your wallet balance drops to ₱200, you will be temporarily unable to accept new cash orders until you top up to at least ₱250 again.

First Top-up Bonus

As a welcome bonus, your first top-up is doubled, capped at a maximum bonus of ₱1,000.

Example: If you top up ₱500, you will receive an additional ₱500, giving you a total of ₱1,000. If you top up ₱1,500, you will receive the maximum bonus of ₱1,000, giving you ₱2,500.

You may top up your wallet via the following payment channels:

• GCash
• Maya
• BDO
• Maribank

• Pahapos applies a standard processing fee for top-ups when using third-party payment gateways.
• Wallet balances are strictly used for platform transactions and cannot be withdrawn as cash directly.

• All top-ups made to the Pahapos wallet are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cashed out.
