Pahapos acts as a technology platform and is not the seller, manufacturer, restaurant, or service provider of products offered by merchants unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Applicable fees and charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Orders may be cancelled or rejected due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or technical issues.

Pahapos may charge service fees, delivery fees, convenience fees, commissions, or other applicable charges.

All applicable fees will be shown before you complete a transaction.

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive activities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
