Pahapos applies a 15% markup to the merchant's base price for each item sold through the platform. This markup forms part of Pahapos’ operating revenue.
Example: If a merchant prices an item at ₱100, it will be listed on Pahapos for ₱115. Pahapos will collect the ₱15 markup, and the merchant will receive their full ₱100.
Pahapos does not charge merchants any onboarding fee, monthly subscription fee, or fixed service fee for using the platform.
Example: Whether you sell 10 items or 1,000 items in a month, you will never be charged a fixed monthly maintenance fee or a setup fee to join Pahapos.
Pahapos provides and coordinates riders for customer orders placed through the platform.
Example: When an order is placed, a Pahapos rider will automatically be assigned to pick up the food from the merchant and deliver it to the customer, requiring no additional coordination from the merchant.
Delivery fees are paid by the customer and are calculated using:
Delivery pricing may be adjusted over time to maintain operational sustainability and service quality.
Example: If a customer orders from a merchant located within the minimum distance, their delivery fee is the minimum delivery fare for their city. If they are further away, the applicable distance charge per kilometer will be added to the fare.
Customers cannot cancel their orders once they have been placed and accepted by the merchant.
Example: Once an order is confirmed on the app, the "Cancel" button becomes unavailable to the customer to ensure merchants do not waste ingredients or preparation time.
